I’ve been told before “Find the beauty in all things”, and the application of this has an amazing effect when applied to all aspects of life.
I’m a proud father to four wonderful sons, and they create a sweet, magical, and wonderful chaos in the fleeting whirlwind of parenting; that makes the phrase even that much more important. Embracing each moment, holding it closer, and to live in the present…always. To stop and search until we find the worth in everything we do, everything we see, everything we experience and pull beauty straight from it.
This is why I find so much joy in photography. It allows me to be able to freeze time. Capturing precious moments that quickly flutter away into the next. Bringing them to life when looked upon later, enhancing the mental photograph within a still image.
I’ve been a wedding photographer for 10+ years, I’ve shot over 400 weddings, and my favorite part continues to be that I am asked to participate in the celebration of new beginnings.
Capturing the dawn of a new family, providing a time capsule of moments to have and to hold; in good times and in bad. So that at any time during life, you are able to stop and see the beauty in your wonderful, chaotic, magical, blooming new life.
